I am Donna Alexander, an Intuitive Guide and Holistic Healer, guided by the love and wisdom of Jesus.

From a young age, I’ve felt His presence in my life, guiding me with compassion, understanding, and grace.  Long before I understood what it meant to be a psychic, Jesus had already shown me the path of healing and love.  His teachings inspire everything I do, and it is through His guidance that I offer my services today.

As a psychic, I am deeply committed to helping others find peace, clarity, and healing.  My work is not about seeking power or control, but about serving others through love and light.  I believe that the gifts I offer are divinely inspired, and I strive to use them in alignment with God’s will.  My intention is always to support you in your journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery.

While some may have concerns about psychic abilities, I believe that the Bible’s teachings are centered on love, grace, and discernment.  The Old Testament cautions against seeking guidance from false sources, but Jesus came to show us a new way—one based on love and compassion for others. 

As He said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind… Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Matthew 22:37-40). 

My work is grounded in these principles, and I am here to guide you with the same love and care that Jesus has shown me.

I offer my services with the understanding that we are all on our own unique spiritual journeys, and I honor each person’s path.  My role is to help you connect with your inner truth, heal from past wounds, and find peace within yourself.  Together, we can explore your soul’s journey, uncover hidden gifts, and bring healing to areas of your life that need it most.

The Bible (Old Testament) doesn’t specifically use the term “psychic“, but some verses are often interpreted as warnings against divination or seeking guidance outside of God.  

These passages are frequently cited by those who believe psychic abilities conflict with biblical teachings. Here are a few examples:

1. Deuteronomy 18:10-12

“Let no one be found among you who… practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells (curses back then)… Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord.”

2. Leviticus 19:31

”Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them.  I am the Lord your God.”

3. Isaiah 8:19

”When someone tells you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God?” 

These verses reflect concerns about practices that were common in ancient times and were often associated with idol worship or seeking power outside of God.  However, many scholars argue that the context of these warnings is important.  They were directed at practices tied to false gods, manipulation, or harmful intent.

I understand that some verses in the Bible warn against certain practices, but I believe those warnings were about people who sought power for selfish or harmful purposes, or who turned away from God.

What I do is rooted in love and guided by Jesus.  My work helps others find peace, healing, and a deeper connection to God‘s love.  I see this as a gift God has given me to serve others.

The Bible also teaches us about love, discernment, and using our gifts for good.  I always strive to align my work with God‘s will and the example Jesus set for us. 

The verses from Deuteronomy, Leviticus, and Isaiah are all from the Old Testament, which predates the life and teachings of Jesus.  These scriptures reflect the laws and practices of the time, which were part of the covenant between God and the Israelites.

Those verses are from the Old Testament, which was written before Jesus came to show us a new way of living. Jesus taught us to focus on love, forgiveness, and helping others. My work is guided by His teachings and the love He inspires in me.

When Jesus came, He introduced a new covenant centered on love, grace, and compassion. His teachings often emphasized the heart and intention behind actions, rather than strict adherence to old laws. 

For example:

• Matthew 22:37-40

”Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

• John 13:34-35

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”

I believe that the work I do is an extension of the love Jesus teaches us—helping others find peace, healing, and a deeper connection to themselves and to God.

Jesus taught us not to judge others but to love one another as He loves us. I strive to live by that example every day.

I honor your beliefs, and I hope you can honor mine. I believe we’re all on our own unique paths to understanding God’s love.”

My connection with Jesus is deeply personal and powerful.  I don’t need to convince anyone of it, but sharing my story with love and confidence can plant a seed of understanding.

Let’s explore what Jesus said about speaking to the dead, raising the dead, and the concept of life after death.

1. Jesus on Raising the Dead

Jesus performed several miracles in which He raised people from the dead, which is central to His identity as the Son of God and the resurrection and the life. These acts were signs of His divine power and authority, showing that He had control over life and death. Here are a few key instances:

• John 11:38-44 – The Raising of Lazarus

In the story of Lazarus, Jesus raised His friend from the dead after he had been in the tomb for four days. This event is significant because it shows Jesus’ power over death and foreshadows His own resurrection.

“Jesus, once more deeply moved, came to the tomb. It was a cave with a stone laid across the entrance. ‘Take away the stone,’ He said. But, ‘Lord,’ said Martha, the sister of the dead man, ‘by this time there is a bad odor, for he has been there four days.’ Then Jesus said, ‘Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?’ So they took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up and said, ‘Father, I thank you that you have heard me. I knew that you always hear me, but I said this for the benefit of the people standing here, that they may believe that you sent me.’ When He had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, ‘Lazarus, come out!’ The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face. Jesus said to them, ‘Take off the grave clothes and let him go.’’

• Luke 7:11-15 – The Widow’s Son at Nain

Jesus raised a young man from the dead as his funeral procession was taking place. This act demonstrates His compassion and His authority over death.

“Then He went up and touched the bier they were carrying him on, and the bearers stood still. He said, ‘Young man, I say to you, get up!’ The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother.”

• Mark 5:35-43 – The Daughter of Jairus

Jesus raised the daughter of Jairus from the dead, further demonstrating His power over death.

“He took her by the hand and said to her, ‘Talitha koum!’ (which means ‘Little girl, I say to you, get up!’). Immediately the girl stood up and began to walk around.”

2. Jesus and Speaking to the Dead

While Jesus did not engage in speaking to the dead in the way mediums or spiritists are described in the Old Testament, He did demonstrate that death is not the end. The fact that Jesus Himself rose from the dead and appeared to His followers is a central proof that death is not the final word.

• Matthew 27:52-53 – The Resurrection of the Saints

At Jesus’ death, there was an extraordinary event where many saints who had died were resurrected. This shows that the dead are not truly gone, and through Jesus, there is life after death.

“The tombs broke open and the bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people.”

• Matthew 17:1-3 – The Transfiguration

While not exactly speaking to the dead, this event is significant because Jesus converses with Moses and Elijah, both of whom had long passed away. This shows that there is an ongoing connection between the living and those who have passed on, as Moses and Elijah were seen alive in spirit.

“There He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus.”

3. The Resurrection and the Life

Jesus’ resurrection is the ultimate proof that He is alive and that death is not the end. Through His resurrection, He showed that life continues beyond the physical realm, and He is the key to eternal life. Jesus spoke directly about His role in overcoming death:

• John 11:25-26 – Jesus as the Resurrection and the Life

In the story of Lazarus, Jesus makes a powerful statement about His authority over life and death:

“Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?’”

This is a key moment where Jesus affirms that through Him, death is not final, and those who believe in Him will have eternal life.

4. The Promise of Eternal Life

Jesus’ resurrection and the promise of eternal life are central to Christian faith. His resurrection is proof that He is not “dead” but alive, and through Him, we too have the hope of resurrection and life beyond death.

• John 14:19 – Jesus Promises to Be Alive Forever

“Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.”

My interpretation that Jesus’ resurrection is proof that He is not “dead” but alive.  His resurrection serves as a powerful demonstration of life after death, showing that death does not have the final say.  His ability to raise others from the dead and the promise of eternal life through Him affirms that death is not an end but a transition into a new reality.

Jesus’ resurrection is the ultimate evidence that life continues beyond the physical realm, and His interactions with the dead (like raising Lazarus) show that He has the power to bring life where there seems to be none. 

This can be seen as a demonstration that those who have passed are not “gone” but continue to exist in a spiritual reality, which ties into the belief in an afterlife and eternal life with God.

Jesus’ resurrection shows that He is not dead but alive. Through His power, He raised the dead, and His resurrection is the ultimate proof that death is not the end.  His message is clear: we are all eternal beings, and through Him, we have the promise of life after death.

Jesus didn’t directly address many of the specific Old Testament laws or verses about practices like divination, but He did challenge the interpretations and legalistic applications of the law, emphasizing the spirit of the law rather than strict adherence to it. 

His teachings focused on love, mercy, and grace, calling for a deeper understanding of God’s heart and the intent behind actions.

Here are a few key teachings of Jesus that relate to the spirit of the law and what He emphasized:

1. The Law of Love

Jesus redefined the essence of the law by emphasizing love as the greatest commandment:

• Matthew 22:37-40

         “Jesus replied:  ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

This shows that love is the foundation of everything. Jesus didn‘t abolish the law but fulfilled it by showing that love for God and others is the core of what God desires.

2. Jesus and the Spirit of the Law

Jesus often challenged the Pharisees and religious leaders for focusing on the letter of the law while neglecting its spirit. He emphasized mercy over sacrifice:

•  Matthew 9:13

         “But go and learn what this means:  ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.     For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

This highlights Jesus‘ focus on compassion and mercy over rigid rule-following.

3. Jesus and the Old Covenant

Jesus came to fulfill the law and establish a new covenant based on grace, forgiveness, and love. He didn‘t come to condemn but to bring healing:

• Matthew 5:17

         “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.”

In this verse, Jesus affirms that His purpose is not to discard the Old Testament but to fulfill its deeper meaning and bring it to its full expression in love.

4. Jesus on Hypocrisy and Judgment

Jesus often spoke against hypocrisy, especially when religious leaders used the law to judge others.  He emphasized the importance of inner purity over outward actions:

• Matthew 23:23-24

         ”Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites!  You give a tenth of your spices-mint, dill, and cumin.  But you have neglected the more important matters of the law-justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former.”

This is a call to focus on what truly matters: justice, mercy, and faithfulness, rather than legalistic rituals.

5. Jesus on the Heart of the Law

Jesus taught that true purity comes from the heart, not external rituals or laws.  This aligns with the idea that His message is about transformation from the inside out:

• Matthew 15:18-19

         “But the things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them.  For out of the heart come evil thoughts-murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.”

Jesus‘ message was about cleansing the heart and living from a place of love, truth, and compassion.

Jesus emphasized love, mercy, and inner transformation as the core of God‘s will for us.

In the Old Testament, there were laws that guided the people at the time, but Jesus came to show us a new way of living-one that‘s centered on love, grace, and mercy.  His message was about the heart of the law: loving God and loving others.  I believe that my work, guided by love and compassion, is in alignment with the heart of Jesus‘ teachings.
